Start Your Batch Cooking Journey
Batch cooking involves preparing ingredients and basics by cutting, processing, and portioning them. These can then be later combined to prepare various dishes. This allows flexibility in meal preparation without having to cook from scratch every time, and saves time on washing up (only the cutting board or mixer needs to be cleaned once). The biggest advantage for us is: cooking with fresh ingredients, sautéing garlic in the pan, smelling the aroma of fresh cooking in the kitchen daily, yet preparing the basics once to save time.

1. Time saving: Batch cooking saves time because you don't have to cook for a long time every day. Prepare once, eat several times! You also save yourself the daily thought of "what are we eating today?"
2. Freshness: Meals are freshly prepared to preserve their flavor and nutrients. No compromise on quality!
3. Feeling of real cooking: You experience the cooking process despite preparing in advance. Balancing flavors, adding spices and being creative is still there.
4. Less food waste : With batch cooking, recipes are coordinated in such a way that the ingredients complement each other and are used up.
