FAQs

  • If you don't like something, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that only unused goods can be returned to us. If you want to make sure that you choose the right glass and accessories before buying, just take a look at our Jar Guide .
  • If you receive damaged goods or your order is incomplete , please contact our customer support: customersupport@lieblingsglas.de
  • If you return your package from Germany and have used the returns portal , you will receive an email from us as soon as we receive your return.
  • If you are returning your package from another country, you should make sure to note down your tracking number, which you will find on your return receipt. This way you can track the status of your package.
  • Please note that if you paid shipping costs when placing your order, we will deduct these €4.95 and the return costs over €4 from your refund amount.
  • For returns from abroad, we ask you to return your return at your own expense to the following address:

  • We strongly recommend that you send this return insured , as it would be annoying if something went wrong.

If you have discovered a defect in our glasses or accessories, a return is not necessarily necessary. Please contact our customer service with photos of the damaged products by email at: customersupport@lieblingsglas.de . Please note that the defective products must be kept for 8 days after requesting new goods in case of a possible return.

  • As a rule, the refund will be made within 21 days of receipt of the return to the account used for payment.
  • Did you use a voucher when placing your order? If you return an item, the refund will automatically be made to the voucher. If the amount is higher than your voucher, the difference will be transferred to the account used for payment.
  • Did you use a discount code when placing your order? Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied again afterwards

We ask you to return different deliveries separately , even if it would of course be more sustainable otherwise. However, only the items with the appropriate return label are insured . If your package is lost or there is other shipping damage, part of your return would not be insured . This also allows us to ensure that your return is refunded as quickly as possible.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a partial set. To receive a refund, the entire set must be returned to us complete and undamaged .

And this is how your return works:

  1. Germany: For returns from Germany, please use our returns portal. Fill out our returns form.
  2. You will then receive a return label.
  3. Take the packaged and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and keep your receipt safe.
    Please note that if you wish to return multiple orders, you must return them separately.
  4. We will receive notification of your return and arrange for a refund of the invoice amount as soon as possible.
