Favorite Club FAQs

The "Lieblingsclub" (Favorite Club) is a thank you for your loyalty. In it, you collect loyalty points for every purchase and other activities, which you can then redeem for rewards. As a member of the "Lieblingsclub," you also get early access to new products and exclusive offers. Of course, your participation is completely free and comes with no obligations.

Once you have a customer account, you are automatically registered with the Loyalty Club. Alternatively, you can simply register for free on our website and start collecting points immediately

You can earn loyalty points for many different activities. For every euro you spend in our shop, you receive 5 points. In addition, you receive points if you, for example, register for your favourite club, write a product or company review, connect with us on Instagram, etc. All available activities can be found under "Earn Points".

You can see your points balance at the top of your Loyalty Page.

On your Loyalty Page, under "Rewards", you will see all the rewards you can redeem with your points. Please note that you can only redeem your loyalty points in combination with an order. As soon as an item is in your shopping cart, you can add your free rewards.

No, you can collect as many points as you like. However, unused points expire after 12 months.

Approved: Approved points have been credited to your points balance and are available for you to use at any time.

Pending: Points for orders placed will be credited to your favorite club account after 14 days. Points for successful referrals will be credited to your account after 14 days.

Cancelled: These points will not be credited to your account. This is the case, for example, if you or your referred friends return or cancel a purchase (the points change from "pending" to "cancelled").

Unfortunately, your pending points will be canceled and deducted from your point balance.

Your score will decrease if you or one of your referred friends cancel or return a purchase. If neither of these is the case, please contact our Customer Service at: support@lieblingsglas.de

It can sometimes take a few minutes for your points to actually appear on your Loyalty Page. If your points have not been credited after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Team at: customersupport@lieblingsglas.de

If you no longer wish to collect loyalty points, please contact our Customer Service at: support@lieblingsglas.de

We will then, of course, unsubscribe you, but you will lose your previously collected points

Feel free to write to us, and we'll create a new loyalty points account for you. Your points balance will then start from zero again.
