Recipe: Quinoa-Avocado Salad with Pickled Radishes
Our premium summer salad: fruity from strawberries, creamy from avocado, and invigorating from pickled radishes. Quinoa, as a gluten-free base grain, provides long-lasting energy – perfect as a lunch or light dinner.

Here's how
Already prepared (from Prep Day)
- 100 g cooked quinoa from the Oleni Mason Jar | 1 L
- 1 avocado, diced from the Oleni Mason Jar | 0.5 L
- 75g strawberries in slices from the Ripple Mason Jar | Regular | 0.4 L
- 30 g pickled radishes from the Ripple Mason Jar | Regular | 0.4 L
- 1 tsp herb oil served with the Pour Spout
You need
- 1 tsp lemon juice squeezed with the Lemon Press
- Edible flowers
- Sesame/Pumpkin seeds
- Salt
Preparation
- Mix quinoa with lemon juice, herb oil & salt.
- Gently fold in avocado & strawberries.
- Decoratively add radish slices & flowers.
- Sprinkle with seeds.
