Recipe: Green Falafel with Almond Dip

The perfect start to your batch cooking week! These gluten-free, vegan falafel are green, spicy, filling – and provide plenty of protein from legumes & almonds. The creamy almond-herb dip brings freshness & healthy fats. A simple, balanced meal that's wonderful to prepare, transport & enjoy – even on the go.

And here's how it's done


All information for 2 people

Already prepared (from Prep Day)


  • 150 g falafel mixture

  • 30 g almond-herb dip

  • 1 tsp herb oil

Fresh additions


  • Pink pepper

  • Salt

  • Edible flowers

  • Optional: Sprouts

Preparation


  • Form the falafel mixture into 6 small balls (approx. 25 g each).
  • Fry them in a little olive oil until golden brown or bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
    → Tip: They can be perfectly transported in a storage container!

  • Arrange falafel on a plate, and place the almond-herb dip in a small 0.25 L Ripple Jar next to it.

  • Top with pink pepper, herb oil, sprouts & edible flowers.

  • Your green favorite dish is ready!
