Can lids be put in the microwave?

Yes, but only with the stopper open.

Can the lids go in the oven?

No, the molds should not be put in the oven with the lid on. Without the lid, they can be put in the oven up to 560 °C without any problem.

Can the cans be put in the freezer?

Yes, the cans are freezer safe down to -40°C
