Recipe: Gluten-free chickpea patties with vegan cashew cream & pickled radishes
Chickpeas and quinoa combine to create savory, oven-baked patties – packed with plant-based protein, zinc, and fiber. The cashew cream provides healthy fats and harmonizes perfectly with pickled toppings. Ideal for a light, nutrient-rich end-of-week dish.

Here's how
Already prepared (from Prep Day)
- 200 g chickpea mixture from the Oleni Mason Jar | 0.5 L
- 50 g cashew cream from the Oleni Mason Jar | 0.3 L
- 20 g pickled radishes from the Ripple Mason Jar | 0.4 L
- Serve 1 tsp herb oil with the Pourer.
You need
- Edible flowers
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Form 4–6 flat patties from the mixture.
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 25 min, turning once.
- Serve with cream and radishes.
- Decorate with herb oil and flowers.
