4. Afterwards, you can strain the ends and enjoy your strawberry vinegar.
Tips for You
Easily make your own strawberry vinegar – fresh, fruity & practical in a jar
You can easily make your strawberry vinegar directly in a jar and seal it with an airtight lid. After the steeping time, simply swap the lid for our practical spout – this way, the vinegar can be dispensed cleanly and perfectly, without any decanting.
For optimal results, you can weigh down the strawberries in the jar with glass weights. This ensures they remain fully submerged in the vinegar mixture and gradually release their color and aroma. After just a few days, the vinegar visibly changes – it becomes more intense and colorful. Store it in a cool, dark place to preserve its fruity aroma for a long time.
Want to get creative? Then try the recipe with other fruits like raspberries, blueberries, or pineapple. Fresh herbs like basil or mint also pair wonderfully and give your fruit vinegar a special, summery, and savory note.
