Make your own slush ice? It's easy! With a powerful blender and a few ice cubes, you can conjure up fine slush ice in no time – perfect for summer drinks and a welcome refreshment on warm summer days.

Aperol Slush Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings of Aperol Slush
- 4 x Oleni Mason Jar | Regular | 0.5 L
- Pourer Mason Jar
- Straws
- 100 ml Aperol
- approx. 400 g ice cubes from the ice cube tray or crushed ice
- 200 ml Prosecco
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
Optional: Orange slices and mint for decoration
Put all ingredients (except the decoration) together with the ice in a powerful blender.
Blend everything until a creamy slush consistency is achieved.
Pour the Aperol Slush into your chilled favorite glasses (Oleni Mason Jars | Regular | 0.5L).
Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint – done!
Extra tip: Place the glasses in the freezer for a few minutes beforehand – this will keep your drink refreshing and cool for longer.
