You can easily write on the lids with a chalk pen . If necessary, the writing can be wiped off with a damp cloth and the lid can be used again and again to relabel your jars.

  • Cut your herbs as coarsely as possible so that they do not stick together when frozen and you can remove and portion them more easily.
