Why does my pantry starter set contain two lids?
The jars are fitted with an acrylic lid during production and then delivered to our warehouse. Therefore, we currently cannot individually replace the lid. The fact that we include the matching glass lid is only a temporary solution. However, we are working diligently on the appropriate conversion, so that the sets with glass lids will be available very soon without a double lid.

What material are the glass lids and jars made of?
Our jars and glass lids are made of high-quality, robust borosilicate glass.

What label variants are there and how do I apply them?
For our labels, you can choose between handwritten, minimal, clean, and self-labeling.

How to perfectly apply your label

Prepare the glass: Thoroughly clean the surface with alcohol or glass cleaner and let it dry completely. The label will only adhere optimally to clean, grease-free glass.

Peel off the label: Slowly peel it off the backing film – it's best to start at a corner and make sure not to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers.

Apply: For straight jars/lids, apply the label to one side and smooth it evenly to the other side. For round jars, start in the middle and smooth it outwards from the center so that the label adapts to the curve. Use a soft cloth or a small squeegee to press out any air bubbles.

Allow to cure: Let the label dry for at least 24 hours before putting the jar or lid in the dishwasher. The adhesive needs some time to fully bond.

Is it possible to freeze the product?Yes, the product can be frozen, but it should be stored upright as it is not leak-proof.
