How do I sterilize the jars correctly?
To avoid thermal shock for the glass, and thus possible breakage, we recommend sterilizing the glass gently: the glass should gradually get used to the temperature and the material can expand slowly. Therefore, for sterilization, we recommend placing the jars in the water bath and then heating them slowly.
