How to: Make Your Winter Elixir
Ingredients for the elixir | For 4 glasses
- 400 ml water
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 fresh sage leaves
- 4 slices fresh ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 400 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 200 ml apple juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2–3 tbsp raw honey (to taste)
For the Ice Cubes
- Thin organic orange, lemon, and lime slices
- Pomegranate seeds or cranberries
- 1 star anise per ice cube
- Optional: small thyme leaves or rosemary sprigs for green accents
- Water or slightly diluted orange juice for freezing

Prepare the herbal decoction
Heat water in a pot, add thyme, sage, ginger, and cinnamon stick.
Simmer gently for about 7 minutes, then strain.

Mix the elixir
Let the warm herbal decoction cool down.
Stir in orange juice, apple juice, and lemon juice.
Finally, add the raw honey and stir well until completely dissolved.

Prepare the ice cubes
Place one slice of orange, lemon, and lime each into an ice cube tray (e.g., rose shape).
Add one star anise, cranberries/pomegranate, and, if desired, some thyme or rosemary.
Fill with water or diluted orange juice and freeze.
It's best to prepare the ice cubes the day before.

Serve
Place the ice cubes into our drinking glasses or our Ripple Mason Jar | 1 L.
Pour the cooled immune elixir over them and stir gently.
