  • 4–5 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana

  • 250–300 g berries (e.g. strawberries or blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation


  1. Blend milk kefir, banana, honey, and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Puree berries with 1 tbsp honey until chunky.
  3. Pour the kefir cream into the food storage container.
  4. Add the berry puree and swirl lightly with a spoon.
  5. Freeze for 5–6 hours.
  6. Then serve in bowls and enjoy!
