Freezing in a glass - it works!
Fresh herbs spice up every recipe, don't they? Simply freeze your favorite herbs in portions in a jar - our 4 tips for freezing in a jar:
1. Leave space to the edge
2. Allow the contents to cool
3. Place the lid loosely on top
4. Let it thaw

For a better overview in the freezer compartment: you can mark the contents on the blackboard paint lid with a chalk pen - and then simply wipe it off again.
