How our reviews work

We work with REVIEWS.io

To collect feedback from our customers, we collaborate with REVIEWS.io. REVIEWS.io is a global review platform that helps people share their genuine experiences with businesses and products.

After placing an order in our shop, you may receive an email at the address you provided during the order process. This email will contain a link to a form where you can review Lieblingsglas and your purchased products. The link is valid for up to 90 days after receiving the invitation.

Once you have received an invitation, we will pause the next one for a while. This way, you won't receive an email after every order, and we keep the number of messages for you at a pleasant level. This pause is based solely on the time interval, not on how a review might turn out. Whether you were satisfied or not plays no role in the invitation.

Genuine voices, no purchased reviews

We do not buy reviews and do not post any ourselves. Every review you see from us comes from a real person who has interacted with Lieblingsglas. Fake reviews are not permitted with us, neither positive nor negative.

Verified and unverified reviews

REVIEWS.io employs various measures to verify the authenticity of published reviews. Most of these are technical and involve automated processes and algorithms that detect potential fraud or manipulated reviews. If necessary, additional manual checks are carried out.

Technical measures include, among others:

• automated invitations via connection to the Lieblingsglas database
• automatic detection of suspicious behavior, such as unusual patterns or multiple reviews from the same internet connection
• specially developed algorithms that identify potentially fake or manipulated reviews

Manual measures include, among others:

• random checks of submitted reviews by the Lieblingsglas team
• additional investigations by the Lieblingsglas team and the REVIEWS.io Compliance Team if a review is reported by others
• requesting further information from the reviewer by the Lieblingsglas team and the REVIEWS.io Compliance Team

A review is marked as verified if it is verifiable that the reviewer actually received an invitation in connection with an order or other contact with Lieblingsglas. Unverified reviews can also be published as long as they meet our guidelines. The "verified" label does not indicate whether a review is positive or negative.

We show all reviews

We publish all reviews that meet our guidelines, regardless of whether they are positive, neutral, or critical. Whether you liked something or not plays no role in the publication. A review will only not appear if, for example, it contains offensive, unlawful, or obviously untrue content, or if it is spam.

Incentivized reviews

In certain cases, we may offer you an incentive for your review, such as a voucher, a discount, or participation in a promotion. You will receive this incentive regardless of whether your review is positive, neutral, or negative. We never ask you to give a specific review or a specific star rating.

Reviews for which an incentive has been offered or granted are always visibly marked as incentivized. This ensures transparency for everyone that an incentive was involved. Your opinion remains free and honest.

Review score

All reviews on REVIEWS.io are given a rating of one to five stars, whether it's about Lieblingsglas itself or an individual product. The average score is derived from all reviews submitted over time.

All reviews contribute equally to the score, regardless of whether they are verified or not, and regardless of whether they include an incentive. We do not remove any reviews just because they are critical.

What others see of you

When you submit a review, we publish it along with your first name or initials and sometimes your approximate location. We never display your full contact details. You can find out how we handle your data in our privacy policy.
