1. Summer decor - natural, sustainable, beautiful

2. Snacks & Dips – light, delicious & pre-prepared
A good summer party is not complete without delicious food. To create culinary highlights, we recommend, for example, a delicious BBQ with homemade dips and treats that can be served in small glasses.
Especially noteworthy is the Labneh Dip from the Oleni Mason Jar | 0.3 L.
The dip is not only a true delight for grilled meat but also as a salad dressing.
Recipe: Labneh Dip in a Jar
What you need (for one Oleni Mason Jar | 0.3 L):
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or pressed
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Oleni Mason Jar | 0.3 L
And this is how it's done
- Line a clean muslin cloth or a thin cotton napkin in a sieve and place the sieve over a bowl.
- Put the Greek yogurt into the muslin cloth and fold the edges over to cover the yogurt.
- Let the yogurt drain overnight (or at least 4-6 hours) in the refrigerator so it thickens and gets the consistency of labneh.
- Once the yogurt has turned into labneh, remove it from the muslin cloth and put it into the 0.3 L jar.
- Add the chopped or pressed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped mint, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir all ingredients well until they are thoroughly mixed.
- Close the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to develop and the dip to infuse.
- Serve the refreshing Labneh Dip with vegetable sticks, crispy pita chips, or as a delicious side dish.
Tip: Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the dip to your taste.
