Recipe for layered salad in a jar

Ingredients:

  • 300 g beluga lentils
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 pack of mozzarella balls
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • red wine vinegar dressing

Preparation:

  1. Cook the lentils according to the instructions on the packet and let them cool. Peel the sweet potato, dice it and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with a little oil.
