Batch Cooking Feel-Good Week Day 3: Roasted Cauliflower with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce and Chili Vinaigrette
Welcome to day three of our Batch Cooking Wellness Week. Our nutrition is so much more than mere food intake - it's a source of energy, well-being, and balance. Healthy eating doesn't mean sacrificing enjoyment. Rather, it's about finding a balance – between nutritious, satisfying meals and small culinary moments of well-being. Food should be light, but it should also be filling. It should be nutritious, but at the same time full of flavor. This week shows that both are possible.
