Picnic in the LIEBLINGSGLAS

wild garlic spread

What you need:

Muhammara Dip

What you need:
  • 3 x Ball Mason Jar | Quilted | 120ml
  • 250 g red pepper, cleaned
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons pomegranate syrup
  • 10 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

hearty bean spread

What you need:
  • 3 x Ball Mason Jar | Smooth | 120ml
  • 200 g cooked and drained white beans
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
  • pinch of smoked paprika (optional)
  • salt/pepper
And this is how it works: For each spread, put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until the desired consistency is achieved. For the wild garlic spread and the Muhammara dip, it can be a little coarser. The hearty bean spread in the Ball Mason jar | Quilted | 120 ml tastes best when it is really creamy and pureed.
The spreads will keep refrigerated for up to 7 days if kept tightly sealed in a FAVORITE JAR .
