Healthy eating isn't constant deprivation, but a conscious decision for ingredients that do good – and sometimes that means treating yourself to a burrata sandwich or a plate of creamy pasta. Because balance isn't created by prohibitions, but by a mindful approach to what nourishes us.
This week focuses on a harmonious blend of nutritious, aromatic, and warming dishes. Each recipe is an invitation to consciously enjoy, without restricting yourself.
Creamy Savoy Cabbage Pasta with Lemon – a plate of pasta can be just as much a part of a balanced diet when combined with the right ingredients. Here, nutty savoy cabbage meets a velvety lemon sauce, making the dish light and aromatic.
On day 5, Millet Patties with Yogurt-Tahini Sauce await you
– crispy patties made from millet and herbs offer an excellent plant-based protein source, while the yogurt-tahini sauce rounds it all off. Perfect as a main course or a snack in between meals.
Enjoy your fourth Batch Cooking day - bon appétit.
